When the world outside seems to be closing in, we’re called upon to go inside…to find strength, hope, and wisdom.

The Foundation is pleased to present a program of online conversations and experiences, guidance and tools, and stories to help sustain us during this crisis and beyond.

We invite you to take advantage of these free resources and SHARE them with school educators and staff, small-business owners and entrepreneurs, parents and caregivers, and healthcare professionals, first responders, and their families. Please note they’re ACCESSIBLE and OPEN TO ANYONE.

This effort is made possible through a partnership with IFS-trained coaches and therapists who have been advancing Self leadership in various settings. The Foundation applauds their passion for promoting wellbeing and is pleased to facilitate their offerings.
